In January 2011, I was plucked out of obscurity by Pei Wei and became their international food blogger and video host. I was able to go on a whirlwind adventure across Asia with two chefs & a camera man. It was an 18 day, 8 city, all-you-can-eat buffet across Asia. I loved every second of it.
